At Petsky, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The product is not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@petsky.co.in with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used pet products
- Personalized or customized items
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package received
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
